  • Hi there, Unfortunately, the product is not tuning, despite all of the efforts and different methods. We've tried the link you've provided, the pitch pipe that comes in the box, but nothing is working. I am wondering what else can we do to ensure the product will actually be in working conditions so my kid can enjoy playing. It's been around 3 months we've purchased the guitar.
