We are unable to get this to charge, red light blinks consecutively several times, then paused, then blinked one time, then not at all. Can we speak to someone to troubleshoot so we can get this unit working again before an upcoming event?
Once the unit is plugged into a wall socket to charge it should automatically charge

We have two teachers with their rooms next to each other, is there different channels so they dont pick up each others sounds or voice?
There is no different channel the only option is to use a different wireless microphone PDWM3378

It operates on battery but the low and full lights don’t light up. Only the charge light comes on when plugged in
The indicator provided was only for the charging state. there was no indicator provided for the Full Charge and low batt.
