This unit is equipped with Bluetooth. But we do not have a Stackable DVD/CD component

I have an amplifier PDA9HBU.5 it has 2 hdmi outputs and I tried to connect it to my tv but it does not emit any sound in my speakers I noticed that it has a button that indicates when to connect hdmi and when optical cable
Connect the HDMI Cable to the HDMI OUT of the unit, set the input selector knob on digital and set the mode to HDMI.

When using phone as the input, can the output be through the HDMI out port?
The HDMI out port is designated to connect to the TV.

MY PDA9HBU DOESN'T SHOW HDMI AND DOESN'T HAVE SOUND I JUST GOT MY UNIT TODAY
The unit does have HDMI IN and OUT. Place the input selector knob on the digital and press the mode button and select HDMI.

Will this work as a pass through receiver? If I connect my cable box to this via hdmi in and then add an hdmi out to my tv/projector, will the video pass through to the tv and the sound play though the speakers connected to the amplifier?
