    • I bought these in January 2021. A blue solid light comes on while charging and the music plays. When I unplug an hour later and press the on/off button, nothing happens it won't power on.     • I'm having issues charging my headphones. I have the Pyle Flextreme MP3 player I use outside when cutting the grass. Lately, they seem to beep a low warning then eventually shut down. When I plug in, the green light momentarily blinks then goes solid. I thought they were to show red before fully charged?       The PSWP6BK has no instruction as to what indicates the full charge but if the Headphones are turned off when it was charged and showed a flashing green light that may be the indication of the full charge.

      The file downloaded through Mac is iTunes music. You need to convert them to MP3 before transferring the files to the earphones

      MP4 was never mentioned in the documentation. It is all basically MP3

      On the PSWP6BK the three buttons on the top right,  the power button is the middle one which is also used as a play button. simply press and hold for 4 seconds to power.

    • My player only plays when it is plugged it. When I plug it in, the green light comes on and then begins to flash. It never stops flashing no matter how long it is plugged in. When I take it off the charger it does not play.

    • I can’t seem to turn it off. Keeps flashing green. I hold the button down and it either turns off for a split second or goes solid for a couple of seconds and then flashes again. It is fully charged

    • I have been enjoying my Pyle ear phones for a year now and use them some what regularly both in the water and not. Well yesterday they refused to turn on or make any noise. Charged them again thinking they hadn’t charged over night. Plugged them in and after a while the red charging light turned on. I tried to turn them on today and still nothing! What has happened?
