Where is the pairing button on my speaker because I can’t get it to pair
Simply place the unit in Bluetooth mode. Then start pairing

I lost the power cord. Where can I find a replacement?

How do you get the bluetooth to work. Pressing the "Mode/Shift" button appears to switch from an FM station to "blue" but no bluetooth device shows up on my iPhone or iMac to pair with. Also the manul says the "Mode/Shift" button should also switch to the USB port, the micro SD port, and FM but it does not appear to do so.
Bluetooth version may not be compatible

There is no TWS feature on this unit

Wireless microphone not working only worked once.

I just purchased this unit. The red light is not coming on when I plug it in to charge it. Is it still charging? How long will it take to charge right out of the box?
The charging time depends on the battery level, but it is recommended to charge the speaker for at least 6 hours before the first use.
