If it is regarding Bluetooth connectivity. There is no App required simply go to the Bluetooth setting and search for Pyle and then pair

I have bought 2 of the PYD1964B.5 and the first one the Bluetooth would not connect and the second one the Bluetooth would connect and say "battery low powering off" I tried leaving the power on to charge it. I tried just leaving the unit plugged in hopes that it would charge somehow. What is the battery life of the Bluetooth and or how do you charge it?

I ordered one of these mixers and powered it up - when turning the master volume up, a very loud hum began and was even worse when I hooked it to my powered dj speakers. Any ideas?
It should have a clean sound once turned on. If there is a humm upon powering up and nothing is connected but the headphones, we suggest requesting a replacement from the retailer

Using a USB cable connection, connect the unit on your PC and check for the settings on your PC to set the unit as default input.
