    • Your response is of no value. You did not address the issue at all. I did not ask WHEN WILL THIS ITEM BE IN STOCK? Your web site states this KIT # PRTPUCRC9510, fits both models PUCRC95 and PUCRC96B. I am stating that it most definitely DOES NOT fit model PUCRC96B. The dimensions were included to show how much different the sizes of the filter are.

      We have no intension to make you upset on the way we have responded to you. We were just emphasizing that this is the part number we have for the model you are using. It so happens that the filter did not fit your unit. We have notified our manufacturer regarding this matter so they can check and do the correction with the product if there is any inconsistency. We recommended some vendors for you to look at maybe they have the right size of the filter you are looking for.

    • You claim this kit fits the PUCRC96B model, but the filter is way too small. The other items appear to be compatible. 1 1/8 T x 2 7/16 W came in the kit 1 9/16 T x 3 9/16 W needed for vacuum I bought three kits. Filters are useless. What IS the proper filter and where can I get them?

      We have double-checked and the kit still comes with PRTPUCRC9510  you can try to check with Amazon, Walmart, or eBay.
