I have 2 Cerwin Vega VS-120 Speakers 255 watts 8 homs each and two other speakers with 120 watt + a 75" 2018 Samsung Q8 tv ..will this receiver amp work or is it to much? Thank You

The speakers are fine but the TV. You might need to use a Digital to analog converter to connect the TV audio to the PD3000BA through the AUX

This is a replacement for the defective one. Upon placing a dvd in, the display says reading then DVD then nothing. Have tried different DVDs When I put a mp3- disk in, display shows what is on the cd and begins to play music for a little while but then the music stops, the display still shows what is in the dick but wont play the track its on. I hope its something in the setup I need to change. When I press a key on the remote the TV screen shows Invalid Key...Help!

Can I use 75 watt speakers at 8 ohm?

Please explain how you load a CD/DVD. There isn't base to place a CDC into, just a little arm that moves forward and backward inside the front panel. Help I've lost one CD already inside the machine!!!!!!!!!! A better instruction manual would go a long way in customer relations.

The output of the RCA jacks to my powered subwoofer is very very low. Only with all adjustments set to max will the sub output and even then the volume is quite low. The sub worked fine with the previous amplifier so the subwoofer is not the problem. Is there another way to adjust the line out for the subwoofer?

The only control for the sub is the Sub volume beside the Master Volume. If you are using an Active / powered sub you can adjust the input level on the sub itself

How do you get the best out of your subwoofer? I’m not getting the full range of the subwoofer.

Check your crossover settings, gain level, and placement—make sure the amp is sending full low-frequency signal and the sub isn’t being filtered too high.

What input do I use to watch tv?

To watch TV through the PD3000BA, you should connect your TV's audio output to one of the RCA Input jacks on the back of the receiver, such as the "DVD" or "VCD" ports. Once connected, you just press the corresponding Input button on the front panel or the remote control to match the port you plugged the wires into. If your TV only has a digital optical or HDMI output, you will need to buy a small optical-to-RCA converter adapter to make it work, since this receiver only takes analog RCA inputs.

Yes, but the sound output will not be that as goods as what the amplifier requires. All of our amplifiers with built in CD/DVD players are the same 3000watts.

Make sure that the files downloaded to the USB are all MP3 and the USB storage is 32GB.

Why did I receive a PD1000BA home theater Preamplifier When I Purchased a PD3000BA, the 3000 has 2 cooling fans the 1000 only has one. Am I to believe the 1000 is better, with only a preamp., when the 3000 has 2 fans and the 3000`s extended power is compared equally to the 1000. The 1000 was marked as a 3000 on the face plate where all the controls are, but the Bluetooth antenna not needed on the 3000 was included, missing a much more robust fan for added cooling and missing an led light next to the mp3 jack. You cannot convince me that the interior comparison between both are the same. Can you solve my Dilemma, and give me a reason why this happened? Should I return the 1000, unused so I will not incur stocking fees or extra charges.
