Sturdy Adjustable Microphone for Decor
"I ordered this microphone for decor only and it came with the cord to attach to a speaker that I kept just in case. The microphone stand and base are made of metal and very sturdy, the height is easily adjustable and very tight, the mic head seems to be made of plastic but still seems sturdy. I've had this for almost two years, have moved twice, and it's incurred no damage. I ordered from the discount section and was told product may come scratched, etc. It didn't. It arrived in brand new condition, in plastic wrap in a tall box. No assembly required, except hooking up the cord, which I haven't yet."

Mic Stand Base Not Screwing In
"The base does not screw into the mic stand."

Flexible Microphone Stand for Photoshoot
"This item was perfect for a professional photo shoot, particularly as the flexible microphone stand enabled me to pose in a more dramatic fashion than would be possible through a traditional mic stand. I have not yet tested out the sound quality that it may produce, so I cannot attest that aspect of its quality."

Poor Quality and Assembly Issues
"The look of this mic is fabulous. However the quality of the manufacturing is substandard. Of the 5 holes on the bottom of the mic pole, only 3 were fully drilled through so it was impossible to get the bolts in the holes. On the base, none of the 5 drilled holes were aligned so it was impossible to get the bolts through to secure to pole to the base. For the price, I expected to at least be able to assemble it. Really disappointing."

Vintage Turntable for Audiophile Decor
"Brought this for my husband for Christmas. He LOVES it! It's mainly for decor, he's an audiophile and wanted it for his two channel listening room. Meanwhile - it's mid-January and it's still in our living room. Really neat piece of nostalgia and I'll be getting an amp for it soon."

Perfect Prop for Any Performance
"I don't know how well it works as a mic but as a prop this is PERFECT!"

Inaccurate Height Description for Mic St
"This mic stand DEFINITELY DOES NOT adjust up to 66 inches. I'm 6ft 5in tall, and this mic stand is barely tall enough for someone who is 6ft tall. Change your descriptions because you are lying to customers"

Not Suitable for Serious Use
"If you want a heavy weighted mic stand then it's good. The microphone snaps and pops once XLR is plugged in. I used a better grade XLR, same issue. It's a prop mic really. The swivel part of the stand only really works if you secure the base to the floor or stand on it. If you plan on taking this out for performances, I don't think venues will let you attach it to their stage :) I bought for my kids to play with so I guess it's ok for that. Using my own mic."
