I have the heavy duty keyboard stand. The bottom crossbar is broken. The piece where the left end knob screws into has come loose on the seem. Can I buy a replacement crossbar? Please let me know. Thanks!

In regards to the removable 2nd Tier; the 4th and 5th images advertised have different grips than the 1st and 7th images (shown with the preferred stopper ends). There also appears to be an earlier product that was a tube steel construction with a stopper. Which of these items is included with this product as sold. Thank you, - Jason
