First, parts of it feel flimsy and I'm not sure how well it is going to hold up, but maybe I will be pleasantly surprised. Second the installation instructions were not terribly clear and it took a fair bit of trial and error and guessing to get it done. Third, I reached out for help with an installation issue and the answers were not helpful. The only suggestion was that the unit might be faulty and I should return it. I found the answer on youtube."
