Broken Piece, Seeking Warranty Replacement

"The stand's are of great quality and very nice aesthetically. My only complaint involves a plastic piece of the pole that tightens the extended pole. This piece was broken upon opening the box. I would hate to return the item since I've already changed my setup so I tried super-glueing the piece but it did not help. I hope to have this piece replaced under the warranty as I will be contacting customer service and updating this review based on my experience."

Request for Replacement Monitor St

"Hello I just received my monitor stands from as soon as I opened my door I seen a small tear on the box but I didn't think anything of it. Now once I in packaged my items it seems that the box was mis handled during the delivery and the knob to adjust the height on one of my stands is cracked and broken. I am unable to use the stand at this time which is truly an inconvenience. I will say I am impressed with the product it's self but I would much appreciate if I was sent 1 new monitor stand. It also wouldn't be a problem to send back the damaged one. Please contact me back as soon as possible thank you all and happy new year"
