was watching n listening to show n sound through PT694BT. Then all of sudden display screen starts flashing PROTECT. And sound stops. I’ve turned the product on n off from front of machine and also unplugged it few times but screen still comes on PROTECT. How can I fix? I bought this may 23,2020 on Amazon.
