Just received this amplifier does not work. No audio out at all. Purchased for my wife I have 5 days till I go out of town again. Need replacement asap. Please advise. Email support has not contacted me. Was going to recommend your products to veterinarian offices and hotels but receiving a deab unit and support not replying makes me very doubtful your products or support will be up to the job.
For Bluetooth connection, you would need to turn the selector knob to mp3 and press the mode button to choose Bluetooth. Each speaker's terminals also are controlled by individual volume controls. Please make sure you are in the right setting to make the unit work. If the problem continues please contact the seller where you bought the unit to request a replacement

Ok so what am I supposed to do about that? I haven't even had the thing for 3 months it shouldn't be messed up already? Yall can't send someone to look at it or a new one it doesn't make sense for it ti just stop working but everything else works.

It connects just doesn't play the music through the speakers and the speakers definitely work because if I use the aux it plays. Only the bluetooth isn't working.
It may be an issue with the Bluetooth receiver

The Bluetooth on my amplifier just stopped working out of no where is there any way to fix this?
Please check all devices that were previously connected to the unit. Please turn off all Bluetooth or simply hit the forget option on all the devices then try to reconnect
