Just buy the product and does not start working. I charged it as said in the Manuel but the on/off buttom was always in solid blue. I restarted as the manual says but dos not work. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks

Why when I got a hold of you to inform you that not only did I have one but two out of box failures of a pure clean perk 25 but yet I have never heard back from you have never once figured out why you people will not stand behind your product

Charged the battery for 8 hrs and it became solid blue but then no power to the unit No light at all

Had similar issue with battery as other questions posted. I called in, was told warranty dept. would reach out soon via email. This seems to be a chronic issue with this model.

I purchased the Pure clean PUCRC25 smart robot vacuum cleaner as a gift for my mom. She charged it for 8 hours as instructed by the manual, then attempted to use it. The vacuum does not turn on. We looked at the trouble shooting manual and saw that the battery was properly installed. One of the troubleshooting tips was to reset the battery by holding the power button for 10 seconds with the battery disconnected, reconnect the battery and attempt to use the vacuum again. That did not work. When we plug in for the vacuum to charge, it indicates a blue light which according to the instructions is a fully charged battery. Please let me know what to do next. Thank you
Please check the warranty of your unit and have your battery replaced.

I have the pucrc25.5. I unboxed it and charged it for over 4 hours. Once I unplug from wall adapter the led lights turns off and I am unable to power it on. Please advise.
