The PUCRC25 seems to only go in a random pattern, none of the others mentioned in the manual. How do you change modes?

I have had the Pure Clean robotic vacuum for about 1.5 years. Recently, even after fully charged, it only runs for a few minutes and then stops turning red light. I am looking for a replacement rechargeable battery for a robotic vacuum cleaner PUCRC25. Battery description: DC 14.4 V 850mAh. How can I change modes and how do I know my vacuum cleaner is fully charged
fully charged, the indicator light will turn to a solid blue light

after charging, purple/red light comes on.
For full charge the dindicator light will turn to a solid blue light

I received my vacuum robot today, i charged it 8 hours for the first time as it is indicated, blue light is there but the vacuum wont start. Batteries are connected to cables as it came, havent removed them. I need support to know what can i do
If the battery is properly installed and has been charged but is not holding charge then there may be an issue with the battery. please check your warranty options
