Batteries covered by blue plastic. What is insulating strip in battery cabinet? Took out that grey strip on outer of vacuum

The PUCRC25 seems to only go in a random pattern, none of the others mentioned in the manual. How do you change modes?

There are two types of battery that we have for the model that you have, please take a picture of the battery and send it to us through our email support system.
