Looking for a replace battery
I've used the robot twice..cleaned the filter & seated it properly. Now my robot won't start. I charged it. The blue light is on, but press start..nothing happens. I try to charge it again. While I'm charging the red & blue alternately flash.

My robot vac is missing the lid on the dust pan. I feel like the effectiveness of cleaning has decreased. Do I need to lid for the vac to work at its best?

The Battery may not be holding charge
I got mine a few days ago (I’ve used twice), I press on/off button and start working... but I’m not able to turn it off!!! Is there a way to restart or the button just got damaged?
Please remove the battery for 15 minutes to reset the vacuum then place the battery back after 15 minutes and try to use it again and check if it can be powered off.
Keeps circling will not go straight, checked wheels still nothing

Recieved a new PUCRC26B.5 and when I plug in the blue light comes on. When I unplug the light goes out. When I press the start button, nothing happens. I unplugged and plugged back in the battery.
If you have charged the unit and it is still not powering up. It maybe the battery is not holding charge
Battery will not charge? where do I get a new battery or would it be cheaper to buy a different brand, first time having to charge?
I need a new charging cord can I get it online or at a local store
