Reasonable quality, easy assembly
"Purchased this for $79. 99. It requires assembly, which seemed simple with a screwdriver and screws included. Once together, it appears sturdy enough, and changing the combo lock was easy. Decent product at average value, in my opinion."

Defective combination lock
"The combination lock is terrible. I have to assume either SereneLife changed to a new cheaper lock, or this one is defective. It gets stuck, isn't easy to change when not stuck, and has made it completely unusable for our purposes. We need to lock away treats and junk food to limit access, but as it currently is so difficult to get into that we've had to fall back to hiding them. . . The box is otherwise study and light and easy to move. We own one of the smaller SereneLife boxes, and it is excellent. Light, strong, lock moves easily. We hoped this larger one would be just as well-loved"

Just ok
"I like the capacity. Im using it to lock the school snacks, to protect them from significant other and always ""hungry"" kiddos. But the lock itself is pure junk. It is very hard to maneuver due to its cheapeness, the numbers are hard to see and you need to bend down to the lock level in order to see it and unlock the bin."

Awesome Lockable box
"For the price this box is awesome. Would love to give it 5 stars but the lid is a little wobbly and off centered so it's a little tricky closing. Opens great and locks great though."

PERMANENTLY LOCKED AFTER 4 YEARS
"I would give this zero stars. I purchased this along with two other lock boxes of a different brand 4 years ago. I used the same combination on all three lock boxes. The combination worked when I tested it. I went to open it today and it won't open. The lock is cheap. I can't get a hold of Customer Service. $80. 00 is a lot of money for something I'm going to have to destroy to get my items out. On the flip side, if you don't ever want something to be found, this might be what your looking for. I will update my review if customer service can resolve this issue."
