Base could be a bit more sturdy and I would like the warmer to be a bit larger. I like the solid & sturdy cover. I had a Brookstone warmer with a clear plastic and it broke soon after purchase. No replacement available so I had to glue it. Looked awful. So I'm happy to get a new one with a solid cover. This one will last longer."

    Decent Towel Warmer, Just Takes Time

    "So this product looked nice, was simple to operate, and worked well in my opinion. My spouse made me return it (it was for her anyway) because she felt it didn't heat towels fast enough. To be fair it did say that it could heat a towel in like 5 mins but it really wasn't quick like that, so I docked a star. But physics, so just don't be in quite that much of a hurry and you will like it just fine."
