I have removed the Bluetooth and reinstalled it several times and it still won't stay connected. What is the problem with it? What else can I try to do to keep it connected?

  • Hi, we purchased two 6.5'' Indoor/Outdoor Wall Mount Speakers to use in two separate dance studios beside each other. The issue we're having is that they both have the same Bluetooth name. Is there any way of renaming each of the speakers individually for anyone that would be using the speakers via Bluetooth? I've been able to rename them on my personal mobile device via my phone's Bluetooth settings, but the name change only registered on my phone. Please share how/if I can permanently rename the speakers.

    16 AWG or 14AWG is good. Also check for any other issues

    There's a button on the back of the speaker, turn that on and the BT will automatically activate. After doing so, make sure that the BT device is on.

  • Why there is a red light when I turn on the speakers. Normally I saw green light when I turn on the speaker

    The red light indicates that the speakers are in standby mode and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
