These are PyleUSA’s Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the PyleUSA website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to PyleUSA within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy.
Products that are received by PyleUSA in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
Any product not purchased from PyleUSA
Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., A return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection)
Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected. Read more about our restocking fee guidelines
Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
Any product that exhibits physical damage

Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way
This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy must be returned to PyleUSA
within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.
Please review the special notes specific for your product:
For televisions with a screen size greater than 37 inches: An adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery. It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage. Large item shipments require that shipping damage is reported within 48 HOURS of the product’s delivery. Any damage reported more than 48 HOURS after the product delivery will not be accepted by PyleUSA for replacement or refund. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any. If you need to return a product that was shipped via Large Item Delivery, please contact PyleUSA’s customer service department to obtain instructions on how to return the product.
Television and Monitor Dead Pixels:
Televisions or Monitors with 8 dead pixels or more can be returned for a replacement within 30 days from the purchase date.
Point of Sale Products:
Some items are non-returnable, including software, custom labels and opened supplies (including without limitation labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, print heads, card stock, RFID tags).
Special order products are not eligible for return
Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by customer on the original box is not eligible for return.

This is our Replacement Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which PyleUSA states "This item may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only") must be returned to PyleUSA
within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a Gift Card in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued.
Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.
This is our Manufacturer Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which PyleUSA states "This item cannot be returned for a replacement or refund") cannot be returned to PyleUSA.These products are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty which can be obtained by contacting the respective manufacturer for assistance after purchase. This is our Services and Extended Warranties Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which PyleUSA states "This service or extended warranty can only be returned for a refund within 90 days if the service or warranty has not been used or redeemed.") can be returned
if the service or warranty has not been used or redeemed. A return must be initiated by PyleUSA within 90 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.
OUT-OF-STOCK (BACK-ORDER) ITEMS
If PyleUSA no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, PyleUSA will issue you a refund. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. If the item was returned beyond 30 days of the original invoice date, a store credit refund at the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.
While PyleUSA is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
