I just opened the package and inserted the batteries. The siren works fine, but there seems to be no voice magnification. The box it came in does look as if it had been opened before. I suspect this is a unit that someone returned, probably for the same reason. Other than the column switch I see nothing to do to remedy this so I'll ALSO be returning it.
If you are still within 30 days from the date of purchase. Kindly coordinate with the seller for a replacement. Please let us know if they have taken case of the issue.

I like your PMP37LED bull horn -- lightweight but still enough power -- but really don't want the LED lights. Do you make one with this wattage and weight that doesn't have any lights? Thx!

Your Customer Service department is a joke and I will take the time to write a review on Amazon. I was shipped a product that didn’t work. So I contacted your Customer Sevice department with a text chat. I submitted my contact info and was told that I would be contacted by Technical Support. All I got was an email Contact Form with no other info other than the info that I submitted with no further instructions. I then called the Customer Service phone number and was told that I was caller number six with an eight minute wait time. Thirty minutes later I was told that I was caller number one abs was next, only to be told two minutes later that I was caller number six with a six minute wait time. I will take the the time to write a review for Amazon so that you won’t be able to treat anyone else so poorly!

I purchased the PMP37LED model megaphone. Your literature claims it has features including: "WORKED IN SOUNDS: It has been pre-introduced with a wide range of sounds that will add fervor to your occasion. I do not see any switches for "voice" or "record" for adding new sounds." The instructions state to move the "switch" button to "record"..... I do not see any such switch nor do I have any other "sounds" except the 'siren"..... What am I missing here.??????
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have created an escalation to apply correction to the manual. The PMP37LED does not have a record feature.
Please allow us some time to have the right information written on the manual.
