Hi I bought a set of the outdoor speakers last year, and when going to turn them on again this year. It seems it’s not getting any power (no green light coming on the power cable box). If I were to order a new power supply cable to fit this model(PDWR62BTBK). , do you offer returns on them if it doesn’t fix my problem with the speaker?
We can only have you send it to the service center to fix it

Hi there. I just moved into a new house and am trying to get the Pyle outdoor speaker system going. Having same issue as everyone else. Power cord just went out and had only used speakers maybe 6 times. I have been very happy with speaker sound and quality, but it seems there is a power cord problem. Any idea of when you will receive more power cords? Thanks

Do you offer the power adapter in a longer cord length? The one that came with the speakers is a few feet too short of the location I want to mount them. Please help!!! Thanks
