    • I need the PRTPTVLEDRC

      Remote Control PRTPTVLEDRC is currently out of stock

    • I ordered this remote on September 9th and payment has been taken from my credit card, but I have not received it. Initially, the order said it would be delivered September 12-13. I've been tracking and finally reached out to DHL with the tracking number and was told to contact you. I cannot find a telephone number to talk to someone about this and would appreciate a call as to where my order is. I cannot believe you would allow the payment to be made if you did not intend on delivering the product. Please have someone contact me at 405-306-5888 so I can get this matter resolved. Thank you.       This transaction did not push through  due to  avasilability of stocks and the payment was refunded to the payment method used

      There is no alternative remote control. We dont have an ETA for the restocking still
