    Do not put essential oil in the steamer to prevent the lid from breaking up

  • Does this require distilled water or is it ok to use tap water (I have a water softener)

  • How hot can the generator get?

    • Maximum Temperature Reached: 122° Fahrenheit (50° Celsius)

  • My steamer gets hot and boils - but it does not produce steam anymore. I thought it might be because the plastic round insert with holes in it on the inside has come loose and I'm not sure where it goes.. can you help please?
