  • My Pyle PT390AU quit working when I turned the volume up to 30 and will not turn back on. I tried unplugging it and waited 30 minutes and plugged it back in still nothing. I have no amplifiers just the stock unit with 4 Pyle speakers. It has worked fine all the time. It did not make any sounds or smells just went black screen with no volume or anything else.

    The unit may need to be sent in for repairs

    The unit PT390AU doesn't have surround processor.

  • is this unit turntable capable?

    No. The unit needs to have a phone pre amp for the turntable to work.

  • can this amplifier work for 250 watt max Speakers

    The unit is only 300 watts MAX power rating with the RMS power of 150watts per channel, 250watts speakers is too much that the unit can handle and may cause damage.

  • My amp keeps on clicking constantly and won’t stop unless the volume is turned off

    Check all the wiring connections made with the unit as well as all the wires used if there is bad or damage one.

  • Where can I get instructions. My system did not come with receivers instructions

  • There is no Bluetooth option on my PT390AU

    This unit does not have a Bluetooth feature
