  • This sauna has a 60 minute timer. The instructions say not to use for more than 30 mi nutes and only 3 times a week. Can you explain?

    EMF level is not discussed on the listing and on the manual.

  • I bought this on Amazon. Would you mind explaining how this is infrared when there are no actual red lights?

    The LED used may be colorless but it emits infrared

  • How to get the smell out I've had for over a year the the pad were everything drips on smells bad

    How do you clean portable saunas?

    The steam generator should not be plugged in and/or operating while you're cleaning. If you find any dirt, mud, or stains, you can easily wash it out with a dish detergent mixed with warm water using a washcloth. You may also use one of the recommended essential oils.
