I'm concerned about the warning that can cause cancer, I am a breast cancer survivor. So should I be concerned, is it true that this product can cause cancer. And should I return it ? I just opened the box and read the back of the manual it truly scared me, I'm 10 years cancer free.

We're not sure why there's a warning seems this unit does not radiate excessive heat.

There are no car charger available. but you can check Amazon for a 9-volt car charger
it works with the media on my phone but not phone calls is there a fix

This has no hands free feature
How do you change the FM presets. The directions could be more helpful.

Once the stations have been scanned there is o changing of the presets anymore

On a listening level, it can run for an hour but it depends on how loud the speaker are played
