    • How do you select RCA input in the unit? from the MODE menu, there is only Blu/FM/Aux options

      It should be on LINE or AUX

    • What format music files (.wav, .mp3, etc.) will the PCAU46BA play from its USB and SD/MMC ports? What file structure does it expect? Should the USB and card reader ports be selectable from the Mode button? Even with a USB thumb drive in the USB port, with .wav and .mp3 files at the root level, the Mode button presently only selects Aux, FM, or Bluetooth.

      It reads mp3 files only. The mode button should select FM Bluetooth, AUX, and USB/SD

    • Can I order just the remote? My dog chewed it to pieces.

      The remote control for this model is currently not available

    • Purchased product and hooked it up but sound doesn’t come out

      check if the speakers are properly connected and if there is power going into the unit

    • I was playing the music working good then now it wont turn on at all could it be the fuse? If so what type fuse do I need

    • Can you connect a subwoofer?

      There is no Subwoofer output

    • How do I preset FM channels on my PCAU46BA? There's nothing in the USER MANUAL that describes how to do it. If it is a scan to channel device, how do you set the channels to remain constant?

      Press the mode button to select FM, and then you can press the play pause button to scan all radio stations. Once you have done scanning you can now search using the NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons to locate the station you want to listen to but you can not assign your favorite station

    • I just set up my speaker, but there is an apparent buzzing noise whenever I attempt to play something using Bluetooth. What can I do to get rid of this noise?

      It may be an issue with the Bluetooth receiver

    • I just received one that I ordered. Where can I find a setup guide? Also it came with a wire with a square connector on it. Where does this go

      The square connector goes to the center of the FM jack at the back of the unit

    • can I plug a turntable into the PCAU46BA, and would need to be a pre amp turn table

      You would need to have a pre amp

    • What does "HI" on the display mean? I have just purchased one of these units, and so far I'm unable to get it to work at all. It's unresponsive to the mode button, both on the remote control and on the unit itself. It just reports "Hi" on the mode, and never changes.

      If there is an issue with the unit you received. Please coordinate with the seller to request for a replacement

    • How do you clear fm channels and program stations in?

      There's no option to clear the FM channel all you can do is to rescan.

    • The product description says that the Product Dimensions are: ( L x W x H): 5.39’’ x 2.87’’ x 8.41’’ Is the unit really 8.41" Tall, but only 2.87" Wide? that does not seem correct, in that it 5.39" deeper than it is wide?. I really need to know how wide (left to right) it is, and how tall it is. The depth (front to rear) would be a plus. I have a cabinet with fixed shelves that this will go in, so the face Height and Width (left to right) are important.

    • Does the PCAU46BA.5 have a built-in FM tuner?

      Yes, It does have an FM Radio

    • can you connect to bluetooth using the remote? Also, what is the farthest distance remote can be used? Is it line of sight or can it be used from the other side of a door?

      It doesn't show that the unit comes with the remote and to set Bluetooth you just need to press the mode button

    • What ohm speakers should I attach to my PCAU46BA

      8 ohms is recommendable.

    • What type of fuse HOLDER do I need to buy to hold the fuse? Please & thank you

      You will need a 5x20mm fuse holder.

    • I have hit the mode button and all I get is Blu, Fm, and Aux. Nothing else can I reset my PCAU46BA to show USB or do I need to format my UBS for it to work?

      Format the USB and once it is loaded with mp3 files it will automatically play once inserted

    • MODE button does not show a USB option. The USB drive is formatted as FAT32 and only contains .mp3 files. It acts like the USB isn't recognized.

      If USB Does not show on the screen. Try mp3

    • How to set FM presets

      Press the mode button and look for FM.

      Press the Play/Pause button to let it automatically scan all the strong signals it can pick up.

      After having all station scanned and save, you can now search them by pressing the PREVIOUS and NEXT Buttons.

    • Does this include a infrared remote?

      Yes

    • I am only getting two FM channels, do you sell a better antenna than this single wire it came with?
