    • How do you use the FM stereo on this dual 8-in portable PA speaker

      Go to the far right side of the preamp and look for the selector knob. Choose USB/SD/FM/BT OR mp3.


      Then press the mode button and look for FM.


      Press the Play/Pause button to let it automatically scan all the strong signals it can pick up.


      After having all station scanned and save, you can now search them by pressing the PREVIOUS and NEXT Buttons. 


    • Can the Multi-Color Flashing LED Party Lights be turned off while still listening to music?

      Yes the mode is also a LED switch

    • How long should I charge the battery when I first open the box?

      3 to  4 hours

    • The display board doesn't display anything and it will NOT allow me to hook to Bluetooth at all. This is my sons birthday gift for today and it doesn't work!!!!

      This unit uses a full range speaker system which may not deliver a deep bass sound. the lights should be multi colored as stated in the listing

      If you notice a change in sound by pressing the EQ button. They are the basic Pop, Rock, Jazz, Clasic , and Flat But if you don't hear any sound changes that means that EQ button is not functional with the unit

      The speaker is rechargeable, and when the battery is low, it will eventually shuts down. We would suggest to have the unit fully charged first and don't use it while plugged in to a power outlet.

      Yes, the unit is producing bass.

      Yes. Using TWS or True Wireless Function.

      There is no option to eliminate the reverb of the microphone.
