How do I get the extra 3 months "extended" warranty? Got some Cards with Unit that say I get a free gift plus the extended, but when I use the QR code all it does is try to install a Messenger App on my phone!

IS THE SUB WOOFER OUTPUT LINE LEVEL. DO I NEED A PRE-AMP FOR MY SUB WOOFER I HAVE MADE THE REQUIRED CABLE CONNECTIONS FROM BACK OF AMP TO SUB WOOFER INPUT. THE SUB WOOFER DOES NOT GET THE CORRECT INPUT SIGNAL
It require an Active or powered Sub to connect to the Sub out of the PTA62BT
