Can I adjust the audio levels on the WIRED mics that I plug in, or only the wireless mics? I love that it has wireless mics, but my primary scenario will be using wired mics, and want to be able to adjust those levels as well. Thanks! John

We recommend using only Wireless mics or only wired mics as the control for the mics is only 1 per microphone.

You can only use a Wireless microphone or Wired Mics. 4 Mics are not advisweable

I set it up and my sound it going through the system onto my speaker, but the wireless mics don’t seem to be working? They are showing as connected, and light up when I talk through them, but I cant hear anything through my speaker

No. It requires passive speakers.

Voice output sounds like a robot and clips a lot. I have messed with it for about an hour with different echo and tone and input settings to my receiver. Is that normal or is this defective? The receiver "direct" output with no DSP sounds slightly better but it is still terrible. Only 2 speakers out of 6 will play in that mode though so surround sound is off the table. Music from the TCL Smart TV (roku) 3.5MM out is for a headphone output. I connect that using the included splitter into R+L in. The gain is terrible and i need to crank the receiver volume to 80% + to hear anything. Is this supposed to work with a headphone out to RCA for the input? Bluetooth connection sounds better for the music but i can't view the lyrics from the TV, which is what I wanted.
