I have a Pyle PBMSPG1BK. The USB/Flash Drive will not play. When I push the "O" button it only says the Bluetooth is ready to pair and radio play mode. It no longer gives me the playback mode to play music from a Flash Drive. What can I do?

I bought one. I plug in the provided AUX cord and connect to my device and nothing happens, it stays on the Mode it was on. Is it broken? I press Mode and only can do Bluetooth or Radio, no AUX.
Make sure you are on the AUX Mode when using the AUX Input.

Just set to FM radio then press Play/Pause and the radio will rescan and save

my device came with no protective grill over the speakers on each end of the device in yhe picture it has them mine does not. why?

Does the USB Device need to be formatted in a certain format such as FAT32, or NTFS, or FAT, or exFAT? I have my USB device formatted as FAT32, but when I plug it in, only the Radio plays. It doesn't seem to recognize the USB or the MP3 Files. Also, are there other formats of music that can be played besides MP3? My player is a new PBMSPG1BK. Thanks.
You may format as FAT32.

Does this have 2 speakers..says its stereo but describes 1 speaker
It has a 4" Speaker/tweeter meaning it is a full-range speaker and it plays a stereo sound on a mono Channel.

It does not have shuffle capability. It plays randomly.
