      These speakers are standard  Passive speaker which has a positive and negative terminal using a spring-loaded push connector

    • I have these speakers but can't get both to work together. When I plug the speaker wires into the main speaker the music goes away and will not start again until I remove the wires

      It is a defect connecting the passive speaker should not interfere with the Bluetooth connectivity

      We do not have replacment bracket for the unit.

      No, the unit PDWR62BTBK doesn't  have any passive speaker connection.

    • The box says there are removeable grills?!?!?!? Is there a secret? I removed the two screws in the front below the grill on one thinking it would then allow the piece holding the grill to come off. I cannot get the piece to come off. I tried to pry with a screwdriver. But it would not come off. I don't want to damage the plastic frame holding the grill. Obviously I am missing something which should have been documented. Is there a secret handshake, wave of a magic want, three word code .... Please tell me how to I remove the grills?
