  • We have this model PWMA - 1090UI and all of a sudden the speaker doesn't pick up sound from the microphone. The light comes on the speaker that it is picking up the microphone signal but no sound comes out of the speaker. Any suggestions?

    It is possible that there is an issue with the wireless micrtophone

    There is no mode require to use the microphone. The microphone will automatically connect to the speakers, once it is turned on.
    Try and check if the mic volume is adjusted to low.
