Yes, it needs power for the LED Light. This actually comes with a pair of transformers for the light

Why do they blink on and off when light switch is off, do they need a 3 prong switch plus green ground or a 2 pronged switch and green ground
Please check the wiring. The LED transformers are coded Brown and Blue for Power. Make sure the switch is disconnecting the Brown wire which is the Live wire. Blue is neutral

Are the pdicle4 speakers with light are the lights 12 volt DC or 110 volt ac
LED light are 12 volts DC that comes with a transformer that is connected to 110 volts AC
