  • I have just bought a PVTC320U unit online, via Amazon, and the manual inside indicates that the output is only 300W - not 500W. Yet both the manual and the online description indicate that this unit is a: Step Up and Step Down Transformer - Power Supply Voltage Converter with USB Charge Port (500 Watt) My question is what is the true output capability? 300W or 500W?   • We bought this an year ago. We were using it for 220V output, and the product was working well so far until yesterday it stopped. It seemed the fuse went bad. We changed the fuse and it also went bad within the next use. 2 fuses changed and same result - went off in just one use. What could have gone wrong?
