The PAD33MXUBT may not be able to perform the application you require due to its limited input capability and it is not tested to be connected Via USB lightning adapter to an iPhone

Do you need to enable phantom power to run the Shure MV7 mic on the PAD33MXUBT? I don't normally need phantom power but I am getting zero output. A youtube video suggests turning on the phantom power but won't that harm the mic?
Shure MV7 is a dynamic microphone so it does not need phantom power
