Can I go from my Vizio TV to the HDMI in and then out of the amp to regular speakers?. I am trying to get sound from the TV to regular speakers by going through the amp. Should I be using the optical from the tv to the amp? Thanks
It is better to use the Optical output from the TV. Go to the sound settings of the TV choose PCM then digital audio out and choose optical as your default audio out. On the amp just set it to Digital the hit the mode to look for optical

I'm having trouble with my amp. Up until today. it was working fine. Now, when you turn it on and play from a Bluetooth connected phone, the sound from the speakers is extremely faint. I thought that maybe it has been turned down on the remote, but it was still in the package with the battery not connected. The LCD screen on the front is on, but the power LED indicator is not. The LED on the volume control dial is also not working. Any suggestions?

I've just hooked up a new PDA9HBU. It's connected to a pair of Dual LU43PB speakers. The sound from every source I've tried (phono, BT, and FM) is very tinny. Is there something I can do? There's no headphone jack, so I can't check it that way.
For Phono, please make sure that you are switched to Phono mode. For the FM and Bluetooth mode, there is a volume control on the remote, make sure to set it to max and adjust the master volume

Hello, doing some research on HDMI audio. I have a 65 inch Vizio TV, it has all the latest digital audio output and so on. I have it setup on HDMI (Audio E-ARC). and it's plugged into my Samsung soundbar, has wireless woofer, and back small shelf wireless speakers. Will the PDA9HBU Amp help boost my soundbar speakers and the rest? Can I use the HDMI EARC from the TV into the HDMI in on this amp and then the HDMI out to the input of my soundbar? Or does the HDMI in/out on this amp still need speakers hooked up to the amp also? Thanks
The PDA9HBU uses a regular HDMI pass-through. You can connect the TV using the optical Digital out going to the PDA9HBU and keep the HDMI connected to the Sound Bar.
PDA9HBU requires to have its own passive speakers wired to the speaker terminals at the back of the unit. -
why does it indicate 200 watts when max output is indicated to be 25 W max?
It was actually RMS @ 4ohms
