I just opened the PPHP1535WMU and I do not see screw holes for the microphone clips. I saw the answer in the questions but I still do not see where they would screw in without making my own holes. I appreciate your response in this matter.

I believe the battery is dead so, I took off the back panel to change it. However, I can't figure out how to remove the old battery. The screws to remove it are not accusable from the back. To remove the front (if that will even work), requires some kind of "Hex" screwdriver bit, that I don't have. How do you recommend that I change the Battery?
