I bought this speaker and it will not connect to Bluetooth. It continues to say Bluetooth Disconnected. The manual explains nothing regarding setup up of the unit aside from a photo of the back with pictures of the bottoms.
Once the unit is on just press the mode button to set to Bluetooth and you can start pairing

The USB was working for the last two weeks. Now when I plug the USB in, the speaker says "No Source." I have tried powering off the speaker, plugging the USB in before turning on the power, and after turning on the power. I know that the USB works because it works on another device. What steps can I take to troubleshoot it? Or is this a warranty issue?

Loving the speaker but you shouldn't include the mic, it really lets the quality of the rest of the otherwise excellent system down.
