  • I was going to purchase this on Amazon, and noticed some bad reviews , on simple things, like Screws missing, screws break, cheap. Dont your company ever read the reviews you get from customers regarding your products, and have them corrected. On such a minor thing of this ,makes me wonder if we should purchase anything of your products, I can not believe a company does not see problems with their product and have corrected!!!! It does not take long for customers to find out not buy anything from your company period. Looking at Amazon, there is not telling how many thousands of loss sales you have lost so far, from not being in touch with your customers. Seems like you just do not care. These reviews go back from 2019 up to present. Your company better get a grip or they will be the next down the tube. 6/1/2023. I thought you would be a much better company. Doesn't your company go in and read complaints about a product and have them corrected?? Some screws and bolts probably have lost you thousands of customers, like me .   • PYLE, PTVSTNDPT3215, I have this stand the plastic knob that locks the adjustable height tube in place is broken. I have had the stand for a couple of years & it works perfectly for my needs. I use this stand for my DJ monitor for karaoke lyrics. Is there a way to purchase a replacement knob?

    We do not have that specific part for the unit that you can purchase for replacement.
