Recently, my microphones will no longer pair wirelessly with the mixer. I can still use wired mics, but that is annoying. I tried to re-pair the mics doing what the initial instructions said to do, but that did not work. The blue lights on Mic A and Mic B only flash initially when I power on the mixer, then they do not come on at all anymore when I power on the mics. Help!

How do I connect to TV using HDMI Cable

Hello, I recently bought this product from retail store in Toronto. I connected it to Samsung smart TV with HDMI cable into ARC IN, as well as with computer speaker, somehow sound doesn’t go through when I choose song on TV. Microphones paired and working fine. What am I doing wrong?

I purchased this product and have spent over $300 trying to get it to work. No one has been able to figure this out. I have wasted many hours on this. I can’t believe the product was designed to be this difficult to use. I am looking to get a refund
The PDWMKHRD23 has an optical audio input. Use optical cable to connect your TV to PDWMKHRD23 and AUX out going to your amplifier receiver.

The PDWMKHRD23 is only a Mixer. Need to input audio for karaoke.

Hi. Can I send sound from my TV via Bluetooth to this device and so send via optical cable to amplifier?
You can connect to this device via Bluetooth but not sure if you could use Bluetooth and optical at the same time

My PDWMKHRD23 channel A microphone has a problem connecting to the main device by bluetooth, yet channel B microphone has no problem. Can I reset channel A microphone to factory setting? Or can I order a channel A microphone?
We currently do not have replacement microphones but you can contact customer service and check your receipt for warranty options
