I am getting error on DVD. Does it need to be inserted a certain way?
the unit should be able to play any region of DVD

Check the connection from the main monitor to the second monitor. You may need to replace the RCA cables to get a good connection.
My wireless headphones aren’t working

The headphones uses Infrared so it should automatically connect to the headrest monitor one it is powered on

My MP4 movies say invalid format, dispite your product stating this is an available format.
It should be able to read the file since it is compatible with: MP3, MP4, MP5, JPG, MPEG4, WMA, and AVI formats.
Love this set but the compatible formats & resolutions are limited are there any updates available or planned to help with this

How do I connect the two DVD players together to watch the same movie? Also, is there a adapter plug so I can use them at home?
Audio-video out on monitor one and audio video in on monitor two. You can use a 12 volts 10 amperes power adapter when using it at home.
