I am trying without success to record audio from the phono turntable to USD or SD Card following these instructions: "Record vinyl: Firstly insert memory device (USB drive mp3 player or SD IMMC card). When turntable is working, press the REC key on front control board of the unit, then press SOURCE key to choose USB or CARD mode, later press REC key again now recording works will begin. To finish the work just need to press the STOP key." Out of 10 attempts with four different USB drives and SD Cards, only one created an MP3 file and that corrupted the USB drive format and was unreadable from Adobe Audition. The others did not record a file, despite the fact that the REC and USB/SD were both displaying. Unless you have any suggestions, I will return this unit to Amazon without delay. I should also add that the instructions above appear to have been written by someone for whom English is not their first language. They lack clarity and need improvement.
Please try a USB size of a maximum of 32GB make sure it formated to FAT32. if you have tried this and still won't record. then you can proceed with returning the unit for replacement.
