    If the TV has an Optical digital audio Output. You can use a Digital to analog converter to connect to the speakers

  • Can this speaker system power be turned on/off by the HDMI input device? Can TV audio be played through these speakers with the TV connected via HDMI out?

    The unit is not equiped wit CEC Consumer Electronics Control 
    It is not possible to turn on or of Through the HDMI link connection.
    ARC feature is also not available on this unit to play the TV audio directly

    This unit is not equipped with an ARC/eARC

    It may be a Bluetooth compatibility issue with iPhone XR. You can try a different phone or an android phone

    To pair the phone, simply press the input and look for Bluetooth, once you are on that setting, start pairing your phone. and to connect the TV you will need to use a Digital to Analog converter and use the AUX-in of the Speaker

    HDMI or AUX should be able to decode the Surround Signal. As long as the media audio being generated is surround.

    If you are using a smart TV, the PT589BT does not have an optical digital input. It can only connect via HDMI input or AUX input

    It may be a Bluetooth compatibility issue.

  • My New PYLE will not Bluetooth to any device I have. I didn't get the AC cord for hook up and when using the HDMI to watch TV the Surround sound speakers R or L will not work. They only work with the Tuner. The speaker cords in the back don't stay in the ports, therefore I had to duck tape them in there.

    The speaker terminal can be unscrewed then insert the speaker wire in the slot provided and tighten the screws back in.

    Check to see if there are other devices that are previously connected. Have it disconnected first then try pairing again.

  • The center speaker and the side right speaker have never produced audio. To test them, I've exchanged them with others. Actaul speakers work well. There's something going on within the main control. Will you direct me to a fix?
