I purchased PTA2 from amazon. I hear a groaning hum that goes in and out every second from the speakers when the volume is turned way down. Doesn't matter which input I have plugged in or if anything is plugged in. I expect it to be completely silent unless I have a signal going to it. Other than that, the unit sounds great if I'm listening to music at a decent level, but easy listening music when it's playing soft, the groan/buzz comes through. Should I return back to Amazon or what should I do? Thanks.

How can I program fm stations channels i find for the remote buttons 2 in manual say channels - +
Buttons 3 seem to let me change to the up or down stations. Buttons 9 starts a autoscan search which I cannot stop from continuous scrolling through all stations. Unless I shut power
To save FM stations, use the remote’s “CH +” or “CH –” buttons to find a station you like, then press and hold the “Memory” button until it saves. The “Auto Scan” button will search all stations, but it can’t be stopped once started unless you turn the power off.

I purchased a PTA2 amp on Amozon and a Fifine microphone to go with it. The amp powers up(blue light) but there is no sound from it. The speakers are hooked up properly and they worked fine with previous amp. I have triple inspected all connections and am baffeled as to why it doesn,t work. Can you give me some advice as to where to go from here?
