  • How do I turn BT on or off? My unit has no selector switch that says BT or a button that says mode.

    Simply turn the selector knob on the far right of the unit to mp3 and then stat to pair the device

    It is possible for turntables that have a switchable output. But if it only has a phono out you will need a phono preamp

    Size does not really matter as long as the watts and impedance are followed

  • Why is my PTAU45 Amplifier make a “loud buzzing” sound?.Sometimes it is periodic & other times the noise is constant. My albums sound good when I play them but I hear the “ buzzing” sound when no album is playing. It didn’t use to make this sound.

    If it is too loud it is not normal.

  • I just purchased this amp a few weeks ago. It just started “ humming”. What causes my amp to “hum” every now & then. It doesn’t happen all the time.

    if the connection is via RCA make sure y you are using a good quality cable.

    If it is via Bluetooth. it may be a version incompatibility

    The 3.5mm AUX input socket on the Pyle PTAU45 is for a stereo 3.5mm jack.

  • Just hooking up the PTAU45: two questions - 1) The USB LED keeps blinking, regardless of whether there is a connected USB, regardless of the input selector. How can I get this to stop blinking? 2) There is a noticeable power hum for all inputs. How can I get the power hum to stop? Thank you.

    Check the USB used if it matches the unit's description required.
    Also, check all the wiring connections made with the unit as well as all the wires used if there is any bad or damaged one,. and have it changed if nsecessary.

    The unit doesn't have subout.

  • Would this receive a be compatible with a lifestyle 5 Bose system. I believe I need at least six ohms to 8 ohms

    Bose Accoustimas systems may not be compatible with the PTAU45
