Can I get a replacement battery? Could not recharge the one I have.

We received this product yesterday and cannot get the mic to work. We installed the battery properly (bottom up) plugged the speaker into an outlet and turned on the mic - can't get the RF light to come on either. Thank you!
If you can not get the RF Light to come on and the Wireless mic is already on. Please coordinate with the seller for a replacement
Hey! I have the Pyle ( PWMA120BM ) but misplaced the power cord ( AC 120V ). Can I purchase just the power cord for this device? If so is there a direct link where I can find it? Thank you so much for your assistance, JW
