press the reset button on the back of the door and enter the code on the front panel and test the code before locking the door.

Can't figure out how to do the finger recognition. Tried following directions. Can't get it set. Tried to find a phone number for you and can not.

Safe will not stay locked...Knob can be turned/bolts opened without code, fingerprint, or key. Wrong code or unregistered fingerprint doesn’t lock it.

cant open safe initially, used key slot under cover to emergency battery, turned key counter clockwise and knob clockwise but will not open!!!!!!
The only way to open the safe is through the emergency key and the lock lever
